Jeep is preparing to debut the all-new Grand Cherokee SUV in India. According to reports, this SUV will be in its fifth generation.
The model will be produced locally, and the company plans to introduce it next month.
The three-row Grand Cherokee L is the first model in this lineup, which also includes the new two-row Jeep Grand Cherokee.
New Jeep Grand Cherokee Price:
The New Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV’s starting price in the US for 2022 is $35,000. (approximately Rs.26 lakh). Its cost is estimated to be slightly higher in India, in India, the cost of this car begins at 75 lakhs.
New Jeep Grand Cherokee interior:
The new Jeep Grand Cherokee’s interior is very comparable to the Grand Cherokee L.
Additionally, a 10.1-inch central infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster of equivalent size are included.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee comes with a beautiful two-row interior with five seats, a Macintosh audio system, leather upholstery, and a three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel.
New Jeep Cherokee Exterior Look
The new Grand Cherokee SUV is 294mm shorter than the Grand Cherokee L in terms of styling and design, with the addition of just a few body panels and one fewer row of seats.
The rear is more angular, and there are new rear pillars, air curtains, and 7-box grille shutters.
Additionally, it adds 17/20-inch wheels, roof rails, blacked-out B-pillars, and ORVMs.
New Jeep Cherokee Engine Options:
The 3.6-liter V6 engine in the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee produces 352.5Nm of torque and 293 horsepower.
Another option is a 5.7-liter V8 engine with 357hp and 528.7Nm of torque. The transmission is equipped with 8-speed automatic transmission.
It also comes with a plug-in hybrid powertrain, which combines a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine with two electric motors.
