2023 Corvette Z06 Exterior: About 3 years ago Chevrolet really shocked the industry with the All-new 8th generation Corvette The C8 was a big deal because it was the first time that the company decided to go mid-engine for their 2023 Corvette Z06 Flagship sports car.

Now it was an instant hit however, Corvettes have always had higher performance versions as the highly anticipated.

2023 Corvette Z06 as you guys know Z06 has been in the Corvette family since 1963 and for 2023 the company has decided to go back to a naturally aspirated engine.

More specifically it’s a 5.5-liter flat-plane crank V8 that develops 670 Horsepower and red lines to 8600 RPM.

The engine really is the pride and joy of the Corvette development team is a hand-built LT6 5.5 Liter Naturally Aspirated V8 it’s a direct injection Double Overhead Cam V8.

The first time that we’re seeing a double overhead cam engine in a Corvette along with a bespoke engine no other GM product shares this engine.

The numbers are impressive in fact the Corvette team claim this is the most powerful production of Naturally Aspirated V8 ever because the 5.5 Liters V8 developed 670 Horsepower or 460 Pound-feet of Torque.

The 2023 Corvette Z06 has eight-speed Dual-clutch transmission there is no manual transmission available for this car.

The Taillights are the same you have sequential turn signals functional, vents a special rear diffuser which by the way that quad Outlet exhausts this tank sounds so exotic and crazy, the C8 Z06 is wider in fact it’s around 3.6 inches wider in general versus a standard Stingray.

The back tires on this car are the fattest production tires that they’ve ever fit on a Corvette in fact this model is the Z07 package and the Carbon Ceramic Wheels.

The back tires are 345, 25R, and 21-inch tires Chevy claims this wheel is the biggest production carbon fiber wheel.

The front rotors are a little bit smaller they’re 15.7 inches the largest brake rotors that had on a Corvette, you have four-piston Brembo calipers at the back you have six distances at the front, incredible stopping power.

You have Functional Air intakes over here of course that allows air to kind of get to the engine where it needs to breathe in Air you also have Functional heat extractors.

The Side Mirrors which are Carbon Flash they’re kind of Black Painted with the integrated turn signal mirrors.

In Full LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, and turning signals the front splitter is far more aggressive than the exposed carbon fiber splitter at the front.
